The 'Barnes & Hogan' name has been in existence for 12 years and the initial focus of the group was on financial structuring and raising funds for private entities looking to develop oil and mining assets in the developing countries. The company was set up by former investment bankers from the London City and capitalised on
its network of contacts in the financial industry and had a geographic reach from Asia to South America and Africa. Barnes & Hogan was instrumental in getting several companies listed on London, Frankfurt and New York stock exchanges. In the last 5 years the focus of the board has shifted towards specialist property finance and development, initially in the advisory capacity and most recently as an investor and a developer for medium sized residential projects in the prime areas of London. Our clients included international construction companies and property developers and their projects ranged from a high-rise mixed-use tower in London to a large-scale ski resort and hotel in Switzerland.
